Siuslaw sophomore Ryan Jennings

Siuslaw sophomore Ryan Jennings was the last Viking standing Saturday in the Oregon School Activities Association 4A wrestling championships in Portland.

Madras senior Victor Torres ended Jennings' hopes of a high finish with a pin in 1 minute, 32 seconds in their 152-pound division consolation bout.

Jennings finished 2-2 in his first trip to the state tournament.

Friday, Vikings teammates Elijah LaCosse, Riley Jennings and Matthew Horrillo were each eliminated.
