Siuslaw has five boys and three girls entered in the Grants Pass Winter Kickoff high school wrestling tournament set for Friday and Saturday (Dec. 14-15) at Grants Pass High School.

The boys' field includes 233 entries from 42 schools, while the girls' field has 97 athletes from 46 schools.

Siuslaw will be at North Bend on Tuesday for the Central Coast Challenge, the Vikings' final event of the calendar year.

The Vikings' first competition of the new year is the Bend Invitational, Saturday, Jan. 5.
