Juniors Carissa Oliver and Destinie Tatum and sophomore Trent Reavis posted personal bests Tuesday to highlight Siuslaw Vikings results at the Far West League track and field meet at Prefontaine Track in Coos Bay.

Oliver took the girls shot put with a heave of 35 feet, 3 inches and Tatum went 4-10 to win the girls high jump. Reavis went 137-11 to win the boys discus.

Junior Morgan Bingham and freshman Murray Bingham, sister and brother, gave the Vikings wins at 800 meters, Morgan winning the girls race in 2:25.70 and Murray the boys title in 2:06.00.

Junior Annmarie Precht, a junior transfer from Florida, won the girls 200 meters in 27.60 for the only other Siuslaw individual win.

Five of six league teams competed, with only Douglas absent. Douglas will host the league championship May 13-14 in Winston.
