Siuslaw junior Richard Huff dominated the 120-pound division Saturday to lead Vikings wrestlers to a fourth-place finish in the 10-team Alsea Bay Classic at Waldport.
Huff had two pins and a major decision to improve to 15-3 for the season.
Siuslaw scored 46 points to finish behind Lowell (161.5), Newport (117) and Siletz Valley (68).
Huff scored 19 team points for the Vikings, while senior Kainan Lane had 16 points at 285 pounds and senior Nick Steinman 11 points at 170 pounds.
Siuslaw hosts its annual Nick Lutz Memorial Invitational next Saturday (Jan. 14) at Glenn Butler Court.
Other schools entered include Brookings-Harbor, Churchill, Crow, Junction City, Lincoln, South Umpqua, Taft and Willamette.
