Siuslaw juniors Kyle King, Trent Reavis and Jared Brandt combined for 38 points Tuesday as the Vikings defeated the visiting Douglas Trojans, 45-36, in a Far West League boys basketball game at Glenn Butler Court.

The victory sets up a showdown Friday at North Bend between the second-place Vikings (3-1) and the first-place Bulldogs (4-0).

Tip-off is 7:30 p.m.

King had 15 points and 7 rebounds, Reavis 13 points and 6 rebounds and Brandt 10 points and a team-high 10 rebounds.

Siuslaw improved to 8-9 for the season, with 7 wins in its past 11 games.
