The Siuslaw Vikings boys basketball team dropped to 0-5 on the season Friday following a 65-50 loss to Toledo at Junction City.

The Vikings are competing in the Les Schwab Eagle Booster Club Invitational, hosted by Harrisburg and Junction City.

Siuslaw will play a third game on Saturday, with time, place and opponent to be determined.

Toledo, a Class 2A school, is now 2-1 for the season.

Details of the game were not available.

The Vikings have two road games next week, playing at Stayton on Wednesday and at South Umpqua next Friday.

The next home game for Siuslaw is Friday, Dec. 27, against Douglas. Tip off for endowment game is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. at Glenn Butler Court.
