The Siuslaw Vikings volleyball team's state playoff match at North Marion has been set for 5:30 p.m. Friday.

Tickets will be available online on https://www.osaa.org/shop/tickets.

There is no option for walk-up cash sales, Siuslaw athletic director Chris Johnson said in announcing the match's Friday date.

The other seven first-round matches in the Oregon School Activities Association's Class 4A state volleyball championships are Saturday.

Siuslaw improved to 14-8 Tuesday with a 3-1 victory at Banks in a play-in match.

North Marion (12-6) had a bye into the first round as the No. 1 seed from the Tri-Valley Conference.

The Lady Vikings, ranked No 8 at the end of the regular season, are one of five Sky-Em League schools in the round of 16.

North Marion shared its league title with Molalla, both schools 9-1. North Marion's one league loss was at home to Molalla 3-0. Molalla's one league loss was a forfeit to North Marion for lack enough available players.

Molalla lost its play-in game Tuesday at home to Marist, the No. 5 seed from the Sky-Em.
