North Bend ran its early-season record to 3-0 Monday with a 46-14 victory over the Siuslaw Vikings in a nonleague girls basketball game at North Bend.

Sophomore point guard Jane Lacouture had a team-high 10 points, while 6-foot freshman forward Rhianna Lane had 4.

Siuslaw (0-3) next plays Wednesday at Pleasant Hill. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The Lady Vikings will compete Friday and Saturday at the Harrisburg Tournament, opening with Monroe at 3 p.m. Friday.

The Lady Bulldogs, ranked in the Class 5A top 10, host Bay Area rival Marshfield at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

North Bend led 11-0 after the first quarter, 22-2 at halftime and 39-6 after three quarters, when the game reverted to running time.

The Lady Vikings won the fourth quarter, 8-7.
