Siuslaw Vikings wrestlers Dayne Muller, Mason Buss, Yoskar De la Mora, Joel Sissel and Cort Waggoner all qualified for the state championships Saturday at the 4A Special District 2 tournament at Glenn Butler Court.

Siuslaw finished sixth in a field of eight with 112 points. State 4A No. 1-ranked Sweet Home was first with 428 and Cascade second with 226.5.

Muller placed second at 195 pounds, Buss third at 160, De la Mora fourth at  126, Sissel fourth at 170 and Waggoner fourth at 220.

All five qualified for the Oregon School Activities Association Class 4A state championships Saturday, Feb. 26, at Cascade High School in Turner.
