Siuslaw's Micah Blankenship won the 100, 800 and high jump with personal records Wednesday to lead the Vikings boys to the eighth-grade title in the Middle School SubDistrict track and field meet Wednesday at Hans Petersen Memorial Field.

The Siuslaw boys eighth graders won with 95.5 points, North Bend had 58.5, Waldport 37 and Reedsport 18.

The Siuslaw boys seventh graders won with 94 points, North Bend had 61, Waldport 22 and Reedsport 1.

Blankenship won the 100 meters in 13.23, the 800 in 2:29.17 and the high jump at 4-9.

Siuslaw seventh-grader Blu Boehje had PRs in winning the 100 in 13.76 and the 200 hurdles in 31.78. He also ran the first leg of the winning 4x100 relay team.
